Our Journey…
Staring up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Four Pillar Quality Services is birth from the morale of the cleaning experience that its founder wishes every customer to receive. It is the standing trademark of A’ Broom and A’ Bucket LLC, which the name originally began in 2022 by its founder Antoinette Wade. It was her bucket of a hundred dollars’ worth of cleaning supplies, her janitorial experience, and the motivation from a former director that prompted her to step into the belief that she could provide substantial services to the public under her own name. It was the makings of her starting point and how she wanted to recall herself at that beginning point that inspired the birth name of the company. Her successes within the outcome of each job she performed motivated her further into the belief in herself and her professional cleaning career.
Thoughts from the owner
“Beforehand, I didn’t think cleaning to have any importance within our working world, and neither could it be considered as a career choice. My views towards the industry were not within the best perspective. I took what I perceived from my social world and from my own work-related experiences to understand how the industry as well as the people who performed the work were valued. To what I gathered cleaning wasn’t an industry ideal for a career path, but I am glad that my perspective has changed.
Lack of substantial cleaning can cause major complications to our health, mood, and economical progression. Whether we’re cleaning our own personal space or areas that belongs to others, the regulation of cleaning is still an essential component that must be on the checklist of every home and business place. Too, it is satisfying to choose a career path that offers opportunities for skill growth. I truly appreciate this about the cleaning industry. There is a wide range of specialized services that this industry offers which means I was not limited to sanitizing surfaces and cleaning toilet bowls, I can always expand!
Having a professional cleaning company has change how I view it and how it has impacted me personally. It is both rewarding morally and therapeutic. I enjoy cleaning for others, and I appreciate my skills when I see the results of my work. I am proud to say that I operate a cleaning business and that I also play a role in my community wellbeing. This is why this company still stand today.”
From then to now
A’ Broom and A’ Bucket LLC had first began as an ideal which later grew into a more concrete professionalized cleaning company. Its growth of clientele and positive reviews has only affirmed the quality of the company and the appreciation of the cleaning industry that the owner has grown towards it. Today, its name is a combination of both old and new to keep the story of how it began and what it had later transitioned into. It is shaped by the policy that the owner expects to deliver to each of its customers.
Within the foundation of the work, it is expected to perform at a quality that illustrates:
Detailed-Oriented: We are our eyes first and our equipment last!
Interpersonal: We are relatable, fair in our pricing, friendly, thoughtful, helpful, and considerate in our work and to our clients.
Dedicated: We are loyal to our mission, punctual, transparent, honest, and truthful to the job!
Experienced: We have background within the janitorial field and always seek to expand our skills set and knowledge.
“My primary goal is to provide services at a professional grade that buying customers were paying for. This is achieved by the morality that constructs this company.”
-Antoinette Wade.
